  How is it possible that on the day my family and I receive tragic news, I contact Oakdale mortuary and provide all the info necessary. The first being that we have a loved one buried there and would like to know if possible to bury his son with him.
  
  MARY MACIAS said they researched found the father info and that yes it would be possible. I called more than once just to be sure. I even went in person and again I was told YES by MARY MACIAS. I was being Rushed and informed to set an appointment and when your dealing with so much the last thing you want is a Rude person.
  
  Now, three days before everything is set for the Funeral. We are being informed that we can not bury the son with his father. Instead of taking responsibility of this HUGE error you are stating I misunderstood? No, I didn't misunderstand you FAILED to do your job. That is very clear.
  
  We need a resolution for this NOW and to abide by the promise set forth by MARY MACIAS.

  The employees of this mortuary were so kind and thoughtful, I cannot say enough about how they made a very sad and difficult service so much easier. For the Funeral Director to the grounds staff, all very polite and professional. When you are hurting and very sad, a kind word often helps...they had many kind words. Thank you!
